Etna is the real star of Carhartt WIP's new Trail project, presented today as part of the brand's SS23 collection through a campaign shot by photographer Gianluca Normanno and videomaker Francesco Bartoli Avveduti. The campaign features a selection filled with shades of purple, storm blue and stone with some garments decorated with floral patterns reflecting the hues of Sicily's volcanic landscape.

The dominant silhouettes are roomy and functional, with Wynton's ripstop cotton jacket and parka styles featuring hyper-colored reverses. While garments such as the Idaho jacket and pants are decorated with embossed pockets and reflective details. A new addition, however, are the Council Pant inspired by Carhartt's classic workwear but produced in lightweight canvas. On the womanswear side of the collection, however, is the new Skyler Liner in ivory recycled ripstop polyester.
