Next stop: Supreme x Hellraiser SS18

One of the most iconic horror movies of the 80s, Hellraiser, is the next subject of collaboration for New York street brand Supreme.

Following on the heels of the manga classic Akira, Supreme returns to highlighting movie classics that gained a heavy cult following. Directed by British director Clive Barker, Hellraiser, when released, was by many deemed too extreme for regular cinema rotation, with its heavy use of sex and gory graphic details, it gained a strong cult following through the VHS video tape medium, which was exploding at the time. Centred around the main character ‘Pinhead’ and his mysterious puzzle box, it spawned graphic images that many came to know, even without ever seeing one of the nine movies the franchise eventually expanded to. 

Centred mainly around the iconic needle studded head of the ‘Pinhead’ character, the Supreme x Hellraiser collection will see a graphic heavy collection, comprised of a trench coat, jerseys, work shirts, pants, hoodies, knit sweater, tees, mesh shorts, a beanie, keychain and a skate deck.

Released April 28th, the Supreme x Hellraiser SS18 collection will drop via Supreme online, and at select NY, L.A. and European locations, followed by a later release in Japan.
