Once, the theatre represented all those entertainment forms now substituted by movies and television and it was an important cultural meeting point.
The municipality of Milan has recently launched a new initiative to encourage people - but especially young people - to go to the theater again, inviting everyone whose age is under 26 to attend all the shows programmed for 2016, for free.
How does it work? You just have to choose the show, book your invitation, check your email and convert the invitation you'll receive into a ticket to collect at the box office by showing a valid ID. Minors can be accompanied by an adult, who will also benefit of a free entrance.
A chair for you is an excellent initiative to bring the youth of Milan close to the stages again, and we hope other cities will adopt it as well.
