Edicola is the new editorial project curated by nss factory. The magazine presents a well-defined aesthetic blend together with a more modern concept of publishing, through the digital reinterpretation of the newspaper visual format.
The fil rouge of the entire project is the monthly main theme, the real core of Edicola.
The visual trip, made of the alternation between editorials and photographic shoots, opens and closes itself with an analytic and inspirational research about the theme of the issue. Edicola displays itself as a coral platform, where beauty is celebrated in all its forms.
Here’s what you need to know about Edicola:
#1 Edicola is online with issue #1 THE WAIT, aimed to investigate the concept of waiting in the collective imaginary through the aesthetic of the photographers selected for the issue.
#2 The main story is structured through an editorial permeated with a nostalgic taste curated by the Scandebergs, a duo of photographers composed by Stefano Colombini and Alberto Albanese, active from 2013 between London and Milan.

#3 The selection called "visual" is a collection of images and a web-based research, that’s strictly connected to the main theme.
#4 The second stories, divided into photography and moving images, present the projects of Nicholas Albrecht, Axel Morin, Simone Rivi, Vincenzo Schioppa, Martina Giammaria and Michele Bressan.
