Fabio Sasso and Juan Caro meet for the first time in a library in Bologna, where both were studying arts, one at Dams university and the other at the Academy. That is how this story begins. A story that, in 2007, will lead to the creation of Leitmotiv, a fashion brand with an unmistakable style. Research and love for painting, literature and architecture blend together to create almost a work of art. From their garden in Mamolo street the two designers draw a the world where  prints, since their very first collection inspired by the Garden of Earthly Delights by Hieronymous Bosch, are the protagonists of pieces now sold all over the world. Fabio and Juan received acclaim fromVogue and Pitti Immagine, working with brands such as Borsalino and Furla. Their tailoring and baroque vision enchants everyone, like a surreal tale that no one is never tired of hearing. Leitmotiv has been described by the two designers as a music box that, having being opened, leaves in the surrounding air, a melody with positive feelings. This vivid and dreamy harmony is very strong in Dream Day, their new collection for the spring-summer 2013. The atmosphere is carefree and magic, the same breathed by the artists of the beat generation. The clothes have sophisticated and floating shapes, conveying freedom and lightness, symbols of  the coming spring. The prints, key part of the colelction, are bold, vivid and full of chromatic effects, reflect  a surreal and visionary where a free, independent and romantic women is the queen.
