14 shades of Sager We want to remember the legendary sideline reporter as he was, as colorful as possible

Yesterday the NBA got the news it never wanted to hear. At the age of 65, the legendary NBA on TNT broadcaster Craig Sager has died. For the past two years, he was fighting leukemia, becoming a symbol of hope for the entire NBA and all the American universe, with the hashtag #SagerStrong and his incredible strength and will. In June he hosted the NBA Finals for the very first time in his career, even if the doctors just gave him a few months to live. The legendary broadcaster was also known for his colorful and eye-catching outfits, which in years turned him in a sideline reporting legend.

Hundreds of messages arrived from all over the US, as Sager was as beloved by his colleagues as by players and coaches he used to interview. Making a round up of all tweets and posts of people who wanted to say goodbye would’ve been easy, but we prefer to remember him as he used to be, with his microphone and a crazy outfit on the sideline. Like he said wen he was awarded with the Jimmy V Perseverance Award at the ESPYs, “Time is simply how you live your life”. E he lived his his own way, as colorful as possible.
