OGC Nice could leave Macron

Rumours speak of an increasingly close agreement with Le Coq Sportif

OGC Nice could leave Macron Rumours speak of an increasingly close agreement with Le Coq Sportif

We are at the end of the season, it is time for verdicts, the first promotion parties, but also and above all, announcements. In addition to presenting the new shirts, as Liverpool and Juventus have already done, there are those who are unveiling next season's new technical sponsor. And after the rumours concerning Roma where the move to adidas is now confirmed, that of Parma who after years will leave Erreà for a historic return to PUMA, OGC Nice seems to be close to signing with Le Coq Sportif. After seven years wearing the logo of the Italian brand, Macron will leave the eagles to return to the first brand he has worn in his history.

On various sites the first leaks are already beginning to circulate. For the first year, the French brand, which thus consolidates its presence in the French league, will focus on quite simple jerseys that respect the club's tradition and colours. In fact, the jersey will still have red stripes, with a white V-shaped collar, while the away shirt returns in white after years of experimentation with Macron. Many fans in fact had not said they liked Macron's work, especially on the second and third shirts, and accused the company of paying little attention to the club. In 2019-20, in fact, the Italian brand surprised everyone by making a third jersey exactly identical to Sampdoria's, a choice that did not entirely enthuse the fans, prompting quite a few criticisms. After the great seasons, it is now time for Nice to revolutionize, signing an important agreement that will bring Le Coq Sportif closer again to the elite of French football.
