If there is one shoe that has been able to influence and impose itself in the football universe, it is definitely the Samba by adidas. The shoe was born in 1949, going into production the following year, and is a creation of Adi Dassler himself. It is no coincidence that adidas opted for this model, the Samba was in fact born as a football boot, a technical silhouette characterised by a sole covered in cleats, designed for the most extreme weather and playing conditions, such as hard or icy ground.
