GOAT resell platform is PSG's new sponsor

Another important agreement for the Parisians, GOAT will take the place of QNB

GOAT resell platform is PSG's new sponsor Another important agreement for the Parisians, GOAT will take the place of QNB

Despite the disappointment of their Champions League defeat a few weeks ago with a hat-trick from an incredible Benzema, PSG have pulled off a major coup by signing GOAT, which will bring the club 50 million for three years. The well-known resell platform will become the new sleeve sponsor of the Parisians, taking the place of QNB (Qatar National Bank), which will remain linked to the club, but in different ways. There could be no better sponsor for a team made up of unique players who will now take to the pitch accompanied by the word "GOAT", which stands for "Greatest Of All Time".

"Paris Saint-Germain is one of the most influential clubs in the world and we are excited to partner with them as we continue to build our global community," added Eddy Lu, co-founder and CEO of GOAT Group. "We're not only bringing together two leading lifestyle brands, but we're uniting a community of athletes, creatives and fans around the world. This partnership plays to each other's strengths, with innovative collaborations in the months and years to come."

According to several sources, the Parisian team will also change their main sponsor for next season. ALL, the Accor hotel group's loyalty programme, will most likely be replaced by Qatar Airways, but negotiations are still ongoing and nothing has yet been confirmed or denied. However, GOAT remains a big coup for PSG, who will be able to broaden its target audience and reach new audiences thanks to its online platform, which has 30 million members and 600,000 sellers in 170 countries.
