After recently working with A$AP Nast, Sergio Tacchini continues to explore its more street and daring side, this time collaborating with Korean cult brand Brain Dead. In a capsule collection that includes two complete tennis kits, from terry socks to head-bands, passing obviously through tracksuits and polo shirts, the most iconic garments of the Italian brand, revisited through Brain Dead's comic and post-punk graphics.

For Sergio Tacchini, tennis has always been the first love and the playing field on which he has dressed the most recognized sportsmen. Starting with the sponsorships of Ilie Nastase, Jimmy Connors, Vitas Gerulaitis, Roscoe Tanner, Tacchini reached planetary fame when he dressed John McEnroe in 7 Grand Slam victories. And thanks to the success on the tennis courts, the brand gained more and more space even in the closets of young English soccer fans, becoming one of the most recognizable brands of casual and later terrace-wear aesthetics.

A deep heritage that attracted the interest of Brain Dead, who said he was honored to be able to collaborate with such an iconic brand, both for the capsule collection and for a tennis tournament, the Brain Dead x Sergio Tacchini Tennis invitational, which took place on February 20th in Los Angeles.

The capsule collection will be available from March 1st on Brain Dead website, here, Sergio Tacchini website, here, and select retailers.
