A Family Portrait, the Chelsea and COPA90 project to celebrate an unforgettable season A series of shots by Diogo Lopes with the protagonists of these great victories
An incredible year for Chelsea, with the men's team winning the historic Champions League final against rivals Manchester City and the women's team winning the domestic quadruple, the London club with the support of COPA90, decided to celebrate these achievements in a very special way. The result is 'Club Culture', a series of creative collaborations, designed to showcase the creativity of the city of London, which doesn't just end in the green rectangle of Chelsea Football Club but goes far beyond. It is a way of fusing the worlds of football, fashion and music, positioning the club as a facilitator and amplifier of London culture. The first event of Club Culture is "A Family Portrait", a series of shots by Diogo Lopes, passionate Chelsea fan and creative director, who through his lens has immortalised players, fans and creators, capturing all their happiness. The first protagonists are: Mason Mount, Reece James, N'Golo Kante, Kepa, Lauren James, Ji So-Yun, Carly Telford, Emma Thompson, Felicia Pennant, Ocean Lewis, Iqra Ismail, Kelvyn Quagraine, Diogo Lopes, Jamal Edwards, Capo Lee and Sam Pemberton.

This project was created to show that Chelsea is not only a club, but also and above all a family and a community. A thought shared by Gary Twelvetree, Chelsea's marketing director, who emphasised that London is a place full of creativity and with Club Culture aims to unite these two worlds that seem distant but in reality are not. Football clubs today are no longer just sporting organisations but a fundamental part of the territory, and the link with their city is more important than ever. This concept is also underlined by the Blues' motto "The Pride of London", which becomes a two-way dialogue, a club that aims both to achieve new and historic successes on the sporting level but at the same time wants to showcase and enhance the creative community connected to football.

This is not the first time that COPA90 and the London club have joined forces to enhance the creativity of a unique and inspiring city like London. A few months ago they started "Chelsea Creates" a project where London's best emerging artists had the chance to draw the club's players. Alva Skog represented the Blues in giant format in the most iconic places in the city, from Tommy Abraham intent on conquering Stamford Bridge to Mason Mount and Reece James playing next to the famous London Eye.
