A memecoin has arrived in the Italian league Udinese are the latest team to join this large list by signing Kiba Inu

Udinese has landed in the world of cryptocurrencies, yesterday the Bianconeri unveiled the new secondary sponsor that will make its debut in the next league match against AC Milan at San Siro. It is not Socios or others already present in Serie A, but Kiba Inu a cryptocurrency that aims to revolutionize the cryptocurrency industry by combining a wide range of crypto utilities that will be the new co-sponsor until the end of this season. Kiba Inu is a meme coin that does not have its own blockchain and relies on the Ethereum or Binance Smart Chain network, born like all of them from symbols or names that recall digital content that has monopolised the internet for months or more, entertaining an incredible number of users.

The world of cryptocurrencies has literally invaded Serie A, with clubs looking for new revenues given the numerous losses generated last year by the Covid emergency. In Italy's top league, for the moment, the business between teams and cryptocurrencies is worth around €70 million per season, and the Lega Serie A has made a similar agreement with Crypto.com, which has become the brand name for Var and GLT technology during matches. Before Udinese, the last club to announce such a new sponsor was Napoli, who signed a deal with Floki to sponsor the back of their shirt. While the Premier League looks for a way to regulate and probably even block crypto sponsors from next season, Serie A has completely opened its doors with half or almost half of the clubs sponsored by cryptocurrency.
