As Velasca's new Le Coq Sportif jerseys Made by Joël Andrianomearisoa and presented in a carousel

The presentation of AS Velasca's new jerseys made by Le Coq Sportif and designed by Joël Andrianomearisoa was held in a carousel this year. The team - defined by FIFA as "the most artistic in the world" - unveiled the new jerseys with which it will play in Group B of the Third Category of Lombardy. The presentation of the jerseys of the Milanese team took place once again on a motorbike, this time not in the Darsena as in the previous year, but on the swings of a Milanese merry-go-round. Every year the Velasca jersey is conceived and designed by a different artist, last year by the South African artist Kendell Geers, while this year it was the turn of Joël Andrianomearisoa, who has also collaborated with Dior in the past. The Madagascan artist, known for his non-explicit, often abstract narrative, created four different jerseys, the Home (red and black), Away (white and black) and two goalkeeper uniforms (one black and blue, the other grey and black).

All the jerseys have the same design, which comes from the blades of grass as the artist himself told us, who was inspired by the playing field and the passion of the players for this sport to create the new Velasca skin that will make its debut this Sunday in Milan. The font and crest have also changed, again created by Joël Andrianomearisoa with a pencil effect that seems almost drawn on the shirts.

The new Velasca jersey is already available online, here.
