adidas and the Japan Football Association celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the JFA with a special limited edition jersey. It was September 10, 1921 when the most important organization of Japanese football opened the doors, although it will be necessary to wait until 1930 to see the first Japanese football selection. The "Japan 100th Anniversary kit" takes its inspiration from the first uniform worn in the historic first match of the national team of Japan and from the uniforms that the Japanese wore at the 1936 Berlin Olympics.

The simple design in its elegance recalls the tradition of the land of the Rising Sun, with a large flag on the left side of the chest not accompanied this time by the JFA logo and the tone-on-tone adidas logo. The chosen color palette is very clear, with blue and white blending perfectly creating an incredible nostalgic harmony. Inside the neck, in gold, are the founding dates (1921) and centennial (2021), with a large number 100 standing out. On the edge of the inner collar, however, we find the words "made with Parley ocean plastic" and "Primeblue" - the color chosen for the dominant color of the shirt.

The shirt will be delivered and shipped in an ad hoc packaging made of Japanese paulownia wood - a light, eco-sustainable and resistant material - with the kit inside and ten postcards that tell the story of the Japanese national team jerseys. The limited edition number is 2021 and the price will be 115 €. The kit will be used by both the first team and the U24s in the commitments of 3 and 5 June.
