Harvey Elliott, a young Blackburn Rovers talent on loan from Liverpool, has signed a contract with New Balance, becoming a new image footballer of the American brand. The England under-19 international joined fellow Arsenal outfielder Bukayo Saka, who had signed a deal with New Balance just a month ago. The American brand continues its expansion not only in football, but more specifically in the football of the future, with the enrollement in its team of two talents of the next gen of British football. In addition, Elliott represents not only a talent on the pitch, but also a possible new icon outside the football world: a player who, like some colleagues (Bellerin, Rashford, Depay), also researches his own style outside.

Elliott will already wear the new Furon 6+ by New Balance in the coming meetings - of which Luc Fusaro, creative design manager of the American brand, had told nss sports about the creation process.

Elliott was born in London in 2003, but you probably can know him because, despite is now 18, he has been in English football since he was 15. In fact, Elliott made his first-team debut for Fulham F.C. at the age of 15, 5 months and 21 days, in a League Cup match against Blackpool in the 2018/19 season, becoming the youngest debutant in Fulham's history. At the end of the season, at the age of 16 and a month, he became the youngest debutant ever in the Premier League. Elliott was then bought by Liverpool for €1.7 million, making him play in the under-23 squad, but Klopp still wanted to give him minutes in the first team by making him play a total of 8 minutes in Premier League. This year, the player is on loan in Championship at Blackburn Rovers, where at the age of 18 he played 36 games and scored 5 goals.

Left-footed, he plays as a right wing, with a short-handed physique. Very good at dribbling - especially in the steering to re-enter - his game is characterized by a great speed of execution, to which he combines a certain elegance in the play.  Because of his way of playing - and also considering the numbers seen so far - Elliott in England is considered one of the best talents in English football.

New Balance confirms its desire to create a basis for its future. Elliott's signature on one hand identifies the brand's strategy for its future (with a talent ready to explode, the Boston brand could put its products on the feet of one of the best players in the world); on the other hand, it confirms the way already running with Saka: sponsoring young players, conquering a momentarily niche market. It'ss doing it with the players and, excluding AS Roma, also with football teams.
