The new Way of Wayne by Li Ning

The last release was in 2020. Now, a new episode -- the third, to be precise. The Chinese brand Li-Ning presented the new Way of Wade, the sneakers dedicated to former NBA basketball player Dwayne Wade, a historic image man of the Asian brand. This is Li-Ning's second signature shoes since Wade retired in 2019 and is a particularly technological model, designed to be used both as a basketball shoe and in the street version.

The Way of Wade 9 has two different versions. The first is a high-top dubbed Way of Wade Infinity that features a futuristic BOA lacing system - no laces - and with a sock-like upper, while the other model, has a lower cut with traditional laces contained inside its zipped shell. Both combine Li-Ning's Jiang material with BOOM midsolar technology and a midfoot plate that ensures both a strong grip feel on the foot and softness of the material all around. Among the details, note the marcho 'Wade' with small round plates on the side of the foreamp, while a large Li-Ning logo on the heel and "Family First" divided on the back of the left and right shoes. The models also have a superlative design: one is total white, the other total black, but with gray patterns drawn along the entire surface. 

Price and release date have yet to be announced, but it will debut in the black, gray and red "Announcement" colorway and white "Balance" makeup pictured above in the coming weeks. Probably, however, given the 2019 deal, they will also be dressed as D'Angelo Russell of the Minnesota Timberwolves on NBA courts.
