There will be David Beckham on FIFA 21

From December 15, FIFA 21 will give its players the avatar of David Beckham, who can be chosen for the two gameplays of the video game, VOLTA Football and FIFA Ultimate Team. Beckham's entry - or rather, return - to EA Sports follows the introduction of Dua Lipa, who appeared among the latest FIFA 21 updates along with sportsmen such as Lewis Hamilton and Lamar Jackson. 

For players who will play FIFA 21 at least once from today until January 15, 2021, EA Sports will give - starting December 15 - a special untreadable item by David Beckham, in both FUT and VOLTA Football versions - in the latter case, however, only in Groundbreaker mode. The patch will be dedicated to David Beckham's debut for Real Madrid in La Liga on 24 August 2003 against Majorca. Three will be three special cards of the English player dedicated to three different periods of his long career as a footballer, both with the clubs and with the English National team. Beckham's icon will automatically enter fut icons with the December 4 update as both a basic and a medium version icon object. You don't need to buy the Beckham Edition of FIFA 21 to get the two items.

The EA Sports operation is a commercial choice to incentivize the game on the platform, and it is a system that in recent months had also brought to VOLTA Football other former players such as Henry and Kakà, but also sports figures such as Anthony Joshua.
