The first football shirt dedicated to Dante Alighieri

Macron and Ravenna FC between street art and a tribute to the Supreme Poet

The first football shirt dedicated to Dante Alighieri Macron and Ravenna FC between street art and a tribute to the Supreme Poet

Ravenna FC, a team currently playing in group B of Serie C, launched the home shirt made by Macron, dedicating it to Dante Alighieri in the year of the celebrations for the 700th anniversary of his death. The contamination between football style and art is now one of the most solid trends in the fashion side of football. The city that preserves the remains of the Supreme Poet has managed to combine a piece of local street art - curated by Edoardo Kobra, the Brazilian writer made famous by his kaleidoscopic style - and the design of the first shirt designed by Macron.

On the purple red shirt, in fact, the representation of Dante's profile is evident, which takes inspiration from the famous portrait of Botticelli but develops following the distinctive features of Kobra's art. The triangular pattern is clearly of Brazilian origin, a clear reference to the mural that made Via Pasolini famous. The kit is completed by the details of the collar and the logo with the lions in amber yellow combined with a side band that continues in the coordinated short. Tradition, style, but also flashes of modernity in a uniform that celebrates the city of Ravenna and that will bring history, culture and art to the Serie C fields.
