ACF Fiorentina switches to Kappa and unveils the kits for the 2020-21 season

After many rumors, now it's official: Fiorentina has a new technical sponsor. Kappa Sport will take the place of Le Coq Sportif, who lasted 5 seasons in viola. A change desired above all by the club and by the new eclectic president Commisso, who is slowly revolutionizing the Florentine football universe. The joint note of the brand and the club states that "the partnership provides for the image of the purple team to be combined with the Kappa® brand as regards the technical-sporting equipment on the pitch and the Robe di Kappa®, K-Way brands ®, Superga®, Briko® and Sebago® for representative and leisure clothing and footwear". So, not only a change in terms of technical material but a total involvement of the brands linked to the BasicNet group.

The Tuscan club has formalized the new sponsorship and at the same time, as happened in the case of Cagliari Calcio, the home kit and the away kit were also launched. He did so via social media, with a video that, as always, underlines the sense of belonging (with a #ThisisFirenzeof almost Spartan origins) also through a key phrase: "Remember that you represent Florence".

The design of the new Kombat™ 2021 does not overturn the traditional Fiorentina uniform, except for the white sleeves that made the most fundamentalist fans who are romantically linked to the completely purple shirt turn up their noses. As for the away kit, the veiled presence of the lily at shoulder height gives elegance to a white shirt with purple details.
