We Are Female Athletes creates the all-female sport management agency We Are F grows with a team of Italian and international athletes

We Are F continues to grow and announces the creation of the new sports division We Are Female Athletes. The spin off of the London agency - which stands out in the world of digital marketing for its unique and original concept: created by women for women - aims to support athletes in their growth outside their sports disciplines, maximizing the fundamental presence on social media and the connection with companies.

The complete team to date includes 13 athletes from different countries, mainly Italy and the United Kingdom, where We Are F is present. For Italy, Regina Baresi (football player), Elena Cecchini (cyclist), Beatrice Parrocchiale (volleyball player), Francesca Bagnoli (kite-surfer), Eleonora Gardelli (marathon runner) Sofia Montagna (heptatleta), Emily Gussoni (surfer, Italian-Costa Rican). International athletes are: Jen Landesberg (yoga instructor and English entrepreneur), Eilish McColghan (5000 Scottish metrist), Hannah Whiteley (English kite-surfer), Jo-Leigh Morris (English Pilates instructor), Charlotte Faillard (professional dancer and French entrepreneur) and Danusia Francis (Anglo-Jamaican gymnast).

We Are F, born from an idea of Federica Attanasio and Federica Pecis, Italian marketers based in London, deals with developing creative projects for brands founded by women. The intuition to expand to the world of sport stems from the awareness, for personal and work experiences, of the gender inequalities and differences that exist also in this specific sector. In the world of sports, the enormous differences in treatment, both economic and in visibility, that athletes suffer when compared to their male colleagues are particularly evident.

We Are Female Athletes strongly believes in the talent and values of athletes, both in sport and in everyday life, and is applied in such a way that they are supported by companies that enhance them to the fullest. It is a unique concept of its kind whose vision and mission is to best support athletes in highlighting their stories and the positive values they transmit.

Why should a brand focus on women's sport? In a report released by Nielsen it is stated that women's sport is much more inspirational and progressive than men's. By joining athletes and women's sports, companies have the opportunity to highlight their brand values through the unique and real stories of the athletes in which the final consumer recognizes himself. This is because, in addition to being sporty, athletes are mothers, students, professionals and much more.

Federica Pecis, Co-Founder and Business Director of We Are F, says:

"Women's sport has always been a source of inspiration to tell real and valuable stories that, thanks to recent social changes, have had further prominence at an international level. Each of these girls has a unique background of experience, an indisputable credibility and above all a strong and dynamic character. We Are Female Athletes aims to offer something different: our athletes are much more than just influencers, as they offer incredibly effective insights that immediately catch the attention of consumers. global that denotes how great the potential of this sector is, which is experiencing a crucial moment in the struggle for Female Empowerment "
Federica Pecis, Co-Founder and Business Director of We Are F

As evidence of the importance of this new project and the shock it wants to give to the Sports Industry, Regina Baresi commented: "I am very happy to be represented by an agency that focuses exclusively on women's sport. In a world where male sport is more relevant, almost dominant, giving importance and value to what women are doing is a signal for me, and for the whole female sports movement, very important ".
