In France, from the 2014/2015 season all the teams of the first two divisions (Ligue 1 and Ligue 2) have used a single font for the championship, with the possibility of being able to customize it minimally through the choice of the main color, the color of the profile of the numbers and the pattern to be used within them (as happened at Paris Saint-Germain in the 2018/2019 season).

Although the tendency at European level is to introduce standardized fonts for all the teams in the championship - see La Liga and Serie A, which will adopt this choice starting next year -, the Transalpine Federation seems to offer three different ones font types to all the teams of the first three national divisions, who will therefore have the opportunity to choose the style to be applied to their shirts. The only ''stake'' put by the French Football Association is that all teams must make a definitive choice on the font to be used during the next season before the presentation of the 2020/2021 shirts.

According to an internal source of the PSG, the font used until this year will no longer be used, replaced by three others that cannot be changed either in terms of color or pattern.

We just have to wait to see the possibilities that the LFP will make available to the teams.
