READY is the new adidas All-Weather Performance collection Selected David Beckham and Noah Lyles as faces of the Olympic line

David Beckham and Noah Lyles in the front row for "READY", the new adidas sports line that is inspired by the climate once again. The German brand tries to expand the generation and type of athletes to which it addresses and creates a line that can be the most "multi-sport" exhausted. If we talk about multisport, it is impossible not to refer to the Olympics. The faces of an icon of English football and an icon of athletics go precisely in this direction.

The collection, which includes shorts, sweaters, hoodies and jackets suitable for different activities, combines utility and style, performance and design. The use of coloring is indicative of the use of technical garments. In fact, the products that will combat four main climatic conditions will be of different shades of blue: hot, cold, wind and rain. A different technology has been designed for each of the climatic conditions to improve the athletes' sporting experience.

HEAT.RDY technology includes a property that allows you to map the body with ventilation areas and hybrid fabrics, made up of Aqua-X threads useful for better sweat absorption. COLD.RDY technology, on the other hand, works exactly in the opposite way: it uses targeted insulating areas and water-repellent fabrics to block the heat. The WIND.RDY technology boasts a "WINDWEAVE" process that guarantees a density of the fabric useful to protect itself from the wind. The latest RAIN.RDY technology, equipped with a waterproof tape sealing system to prevent rain from coming into contact with the athlete's skin.

Pending a final decision on the Tokyo Olympic Games this summer, adidas plans to test and show off the new collection with several Olympic athletes.

The HEAT.RDY range is already available in adidas stores and on the adidas website. The other 3, however, will be launched in conjunction with the presentation of the autumn / winter 2020 collection.
