Nike has unveiled the Air Max 97 'Gold Medal'

It's not the first time that Nike create a golden pair Air Max 97, but this time the American brand has decided to launch a 100% gold version inspired by the Olympic gold medals. Unlike the white-sole 'Metallic Gold', the 'Gold Medal' model is entirely golden and shiny, with tiny black details, designed specifically for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games which will start on July 24th.

In addition to the 'Gold Medal', Nike recently unveiled a special pack of five Air Max 97 inspired by the colors of the Olympic flag rings: 'Amarillo', 'Challenge Red', 'Lucky Green', 'Photo Blue' and 'Black'.

However, there's not a release date and the price of the 'Gold Medal' model is unknown. Stay tuned on nssmagazine for all the updates.
