A closer look to: adidas Predator Mutator 20+

We had already focused on them here after their releases, and now we have had a chance to take a closer look at them: we are talking about the Mutator 20+, the latest version of Predator made by adidas. 26 years after the launch of the first model designed in 1994 by the former footballer Craig Johnston, who changed the history of football boots forever, the German brand has decided to revolutionize the world of sports footwear once again with a hybrid and universal creation, which unites street culture with professional spirit inspiring by the animal world.

Holding them in hand as Paul Pogba, David Beckham and many other prestigious testimonials did, we notice even more the peculiarity of the Mutator model (the 23rd of the long Predator dynasty): not so much the absence of laces already seen several times in past or the use of the traditional black-red-white colorway, but the DEMONSKIN technology: 406 tiny spikes that cover a large part of the surface of the shoe making it similar to the animal skin, a dragon or a big reptile. Something never seen before, something completely different for, as stated by adidas Football Design Director Ben Herath, 'to go beyond evolution and offer a new innovation, something that would have intimidated opponents'.
