Italia Independent Group S.p.A., the eyewear company founded by Lapo Elkann, has announced that it has signed a five-year exclusive global agreement with the Cristiano Ronaldo brand which concerns the creation of eyewear collections under the CR7 brand. The first collection is inspired and designed for the same Portuguese champion and will be unveiled as a world preview, on the occasion of Mido 2020, the biggest International event dedicated to the world eyewear sector which will be staged in Milan from February 29 to March 2.
You probably haven't missed the recent pic of Cristiano Ronaldo listening to music with an old iPod in the Allianz Stadium tunnel: the Portuguese star wears a pair of black and white glasses from the CR7 collection. As stated by Lapo Elkann, Founder and Creative Director of Italia Independent but also a great Juventus fan, Cristiano Ronaldo's team:
