While the store recently opened by UNIQLO in Milan continues to be a great success, yesterday the Japanese brand unveiled the official uniforms for the Swedish Olympic and Paralympic team in Tokyo 2020. After conquering the retail world with its basic LifeWear, in January 2019 UNIQLO closed a four-year partnership with the Swedish Olympic team, an important step in the world of sport, on the occasion of two prestigious events such as the Tokyo Summer Olympics game and those winters in Beijing 2022.

The brand will supply coats, jackets, trousers, shirts, and knitwear to the team that in the last edition of Rio 2016 participated with 152 athletes in 22 different disciplines, winning 11 medals including 2 Golds, 6 Silver and 3 Bronzes.
Four leading athletes of the team such as Linnea Stensils (canoa), Lina Watz (swimming), Tobias Jonsson (long jump), Alex Kessidis (greco-Roman wrestling) have unveiled some key items of the collection such as the hybrid down jacket and the ultra down jacket lightweight, the BLOCKTECH parka and HEATTECH apparel.
Thus, with Tokyo 2020 UNIQLO reinforces its link with the world of sport, after having landed in golf, superpipe and tennis, with the sponsorships of Kei Nishikori and above all Roger Federer.
