The new MLS shirts for the Independence Day

A "stellar" jersey, to say the least, that one designed by adidas to celebrate the Independence Day even on the pitch. With this stunt, the German brand which is a partner of the Major League Soccer releases 'Americana', the pre-match jersey that will wear every American club of the league during the weekend of the next 4th of July, except for the Canadian teams of Vancouver Whitecaps and Toronto FC.

The jersey comes with only a pattern star-themed, clear reference to the US flag, with a color palette that goes from red, to blue and white and matches perfectly with the colour gold chose for the sponsors, the adidas logo and the club crests. About the Canadians, their two jerseys will be red with a pattern that recalls the maple leaf of the Canadian flag, with silver accents on the sponsors and the crests.

As we know, this isn't the first time adidas produces special jerseys for the MLS. Last April, they created with Parley some jerseys for the MLS with recycled materials on the occasion for the Earth Day, while this month we have seen the Pride Training Jerseys before the matches, designed for the Pride Month.
