Birmingham presented the new shirt taking inspiration from Peaky Blinders The famous TV series set in the English city at the center of the campaign for the new Home Kit

144 years of history can help you make yourself the boss of the city, and if you're from Birmingham being the boss means belonging to the band of Peaky Blinders, or at least that's the connection that fans of the TV series could take inspired by the gang wars and to the 1920s British gangsters. The Birmingham City Football Club was inspired by the cult series set in its own city for the launch in the new adidas Home Kit for the 2019/2020 season, a choice that made happy the fans of the TV series, but not only.

Throughout the launch campaign, the club has currently collaborated with Garrison Tailors, the tailoring brand that provides Peaky Blinders with costumes, perhaps the most appreciated element since the first episode, aired in 2013.

In the presentation video, there is the whole soul of Birmingham in the '20s, the terrace, the coordinated suits, the smoke, and the flat hats, as well as the traditional blue kit with white shorts.
