'Petits Princes', the docu about three PSG best youngsters

Paris is once again the set of the latest documentary by Yard, the French production house that has already realized some of the best documentaries about sports and underground culture, like 'Ballon sur bitume' and 'Ousmane', the mini series in collaboration with Nike on the life of Dembelè.

The three 'Petits Princes' have very different background stories, but they share the same dreams, sacrifices and ambition to play at a professional level in the most important club in France. The first protagonist is a son of art: Timothy Weah. Son of George - current president of Liberia and Milan striker and PSG - Timothy was born in 2000 in New York City, kilometers and universes far from the Parisian suburbs where the other two protagonists grew up. In less than two years, Timothy has become the brightest hope of the United States for the future of soccer, and in his spare time he continues his dream - very American - to make rap and open a record label. The second is Moussa Diaby, an attacker of Malian origin that last year the Parisians have lent to Crotone (!) And that is starting to show off by doing shoulder to find minutes after having found difficulty in the spring. The third is Yacine Adli, a midfielder of Algerian origin who has been talking about a lot of good for many years, and he too as Diaby comes from the Parisian banlieu. 

In the documentary the three enfant prodiges talk about their origins, the daily efforts and their desire to emerge, regardless of the context in which they grew up. All three belong to the generation born football in the sign of the victory of the World Cup in 1998 and the political myth of the multiethnic national ridden by politicians and journalists. Today, just a few months after the triumph of the Blues National team, never so multi-ethnic, the climate that is breathed in France has brought back many issues such as integration and the disparity of opportunities on the table.
In the short movie is not missing the football at all: from the stories of the games on barefoot cement, through the PSG Academy until you get to the debut at the Parc des Princes alongside great as Neymar and Cavani.
