Rumors started to circulate a few years ago, and we had already written one article about them: there will be a sequel to Space Jam and LeBron James will be the protagonist, taking the the role of the great Michael Jordan. The official announcement arrived via social, and in particular from SpringHill Entertainment, the American production company founded by LeBron James together with Maverick Carter. At the moment we do not know much about the film, but it's sure that the shooting will start next summer.

In addition to the NBA star, just arrived at the Los Angeles Lakers, we know the names of the producer, Ryan Coogler (have you seen 'Black Panther'?) and the director, Terence Nance. And then there's Bugs Bunny as point guard with the jersey number 1. At the moment the cartoon character is the only element of the roster, since we will have to wait to get to know the other players. At the moment we just have to dream up which NBA stars can be recruited to play, alongside LeBron, for the Looney Tunes team.
