Here's new River Plate jerseys for 2018/2019 season Millionarios, in addition to the traditional shirt, will wear a purple away kit

Despite the season is already began, we just know both the kits with which River Plate will play: after launching the home uniform, more than a month ago, nothing but a very traditional white shirt with a red cross band ('to emulate the red and whites tapes who come down from the stands'), River Plate have unveiled the new away shirt, made with a very unusual color, purple, even if already used four times in the past. This is the latest creation of adidas, which once again used the famous Condivo 18 template. The shirt also has white inserts, while on the back, just below the collar, there is the significant inscription 'el mas grande', a detail already present in the home uniform. Both jerseys will be without sponsors at least until the end of the year, as already announced several times by the president Rodolfo d'Onofrio after taking note of the end of the deal with BBVA and the lack of other valid offers.

The presentation of the away kit took place last Thursday in Buenos Aires and attended, in addition to a large delegation of club senior executives, also a lot of players: Leonardo Ponzio, Rodrigo Mora, Jonatan Maidana, Javier Pinola, German Lux, Bruno Zuculini, Santiago Sosa, Nahuel Gallardo and Julian Alvarez. The official debut on the pitch also took place on Saturday, during the 4-1 home victory against San Martin S. J..

The jersey is already available on the official online store of the club, at the River Museum store and in the adidas Peformance stores of Unicenter, Abasto and Calle Florida. Only from Tuesday, September 18 will be available in all adidas stores in Argentina.
