The first Italian friendly match planned on Twitter In Trento will play two teams linked by an historical friendship, Parma and Sampdoria

The Briamasco stadium in Trento will host the friendly match between Parma and Sampdoria on Saturday 28th July at 6.00 pm. A match strongly desired by both teams, who played together for the last time on the occasion of the last Serie A game in 2015, before Parma was sent into fourth league due to failure. This sort of introductory match to the next Serie A season will be opposed the two historic teams, which in reality are connected since the far 1990 by a strong friendship and that managed not to keep them distant despite the categories of difference. In the last hours, the Twitter profiles of the two clubs (two accounts that are working really well, like very few others in the Italian social media scene), for the occasion, have not hesitated to publicly exchange messages of extreme cordiality, capturing the attention not only of the Crociati and the Doriani fans.

But in reality the intentions to organize this friendly in view of the next championship had already been made public last June, when both clubs came out by announcing on Twitter that they wanted to play this friendly after 3 years. And always with great communication skills, with a long thread that managed to collect the appreciation of thousands of users, for a unique initiative of its kind that is a must to re-propose, for those who were lost. Really good jobs, guys!
