During the weekend, we’ve talked over and over about Andrés Iniesta and his farewell to Barcelona, showing you all the initiatives that the Catalan club and Nike reserved to the legendary Spanish midfielder. There’s just one latest thing that we want to show you, though, just to be ok without conscience. For his last game with Barça, Nike Football realized a special version of the Nike Magista Opus to celebrate Andrés Iniesta himself.

This particular Nike Magista is white, with lateral Swooshes and soleplate that takes the colors of Barcelona’s badge. Among the golden details we can find: the infinity symbol (the same used on the shirt), the date of the debut and the last game with the Blaugrana shirt - 29/10/02 and 20/05/18 - the “Gracias” and “Camp Nou” writings, the “A. Iniesta” writing, the numbers 674 and 32 (respectively the games played and the trophies won) and finally the “El éxito es la suma de pequeños esfuerzos repetidos día tras día” writing, that means “Success is the sum of small efforts repeated day after day”.

Of course, this Nike Magista Opus won’t ever see the day of light but will remain forever a unique piece, destined to celebrate a unique player and his legacy in football for the years to come.
