Here's the full list of the 2018 NBA Awards finalists The players will be awarded on June 25 at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California

Last year, the NBA revolutionized the assignment of the regular season awards, postponing them at the end of the season (postseason included) and blending them in a unique massive gala hosted in the occasion by Drake. After the last year’s experiment - that was huge and appreciated by fans - everything’s coming back for the current season, with the 2018 NBA Awards that will take place on June 25 at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California.

Last night, the National Basketball Association announced the finalists, three for each and every one of the six award categories, that will share the awards of the regular season. Among the surprises, there’s not the trio of players that will contend the Kia Most Valuable Player, that would be LeBron James, James Harden, and Anthony Davis. The fight gonna be huge for the Kia Rookie of the Year, with the Donovan Mitchell/Bill Simmons duo that will fight for the award, without forgetting about Jayson Tatum. Some interesting choices also for the trio of coaches that will try to become the Kia Coach of the Year, that is Dwane Casey - who received the congrats from the Toronto Raptors that have just fired him - Quin Snyder, that had a great season with the Utah Jazz, and of course Brad Stevens, that after a great regular season is trying to bring the Celtics back to the NBA Finals (without Irving, Hayward, and Larkin).
