Acne Studios presents Fotbollsklubb capsule collection

Acne Studios launches today Fotbollsklubb: a sportswear capsule collection inspired by the 60s and 70s football fashion that mixes iconic items of The Beautiful Game with avant-guard materials and techniques.

Fotbollsklubb - which in Swedish literally means football team - mixes two contrasting colorways: bright and pop colors meet more classic and soft tones. The authentic football uniforms in shiny technical jersey and ribbed sport-inspired garments are enriched with fun patches in different embroidery, silicone and plastic materials. The garments feature prints with the number "13" and the inscription "Floragatan Fotbollsklubb", as a tribute to the new Acne Studios' headquarters in Stockholm located in Floragatan 13. The capsule collection includes t-shirts, sweatshirts, fleece pants and knitted accessories like the cap and the scarf. The collection is completed by a series of football elements such as a ball, a net, and a referee whistle.
