Ravel Morrison will play for the Jamaican national team The former prodigy of Man United Academy is trying to revive his career once again

There could be one more reason to follow the next international friendlies across the weekend: Ravel Morrison said he wants to join the Jamaican national team and next March 25 in Kingston, in the match against Antigua and Barbuda, he could even start already.

That of the English (ex?) starlet is a career that seems to have developed the other way round: in 2011, the best product of the Man United Academy dragged his teammates to the conquest of the Young FA Cup. More than Paul Pogba, more than Jesse Lingard, was, without doubt, he is Alex Ferguson's favorite kid. But with the Red Devils, Ravel has never found the right space, because of the thousand problems with justice and behavioral nature: becoming 'bad boy' in a while, moving between the top flight and the championship trying to show off his enormous talent. After the positive experiences such as that with the Queens Park Rangers, the 1993 class has never been able to replicate continuously, showing great character limits.

After having also passed from Birmingham, West Ham, and Cardiff City, Morrison had chosen Italy and precisely Lazio, collecting just eight appearances in three seasons and countless questions about him and his mental condition. After the Italian experience, Morrison currently seems to have found his size in Mexico, where he started last summer: with the Atlas of Guadalajara he also scored a wonderful goal on a free-kick that immediately began viral. According to what promised on social networks, his future with the Jamaica shirt should be done, even if some rumor had already circulated in 2012: but this time we want to really believe it.
