In the last weeks, especially after Paris Saint-Germain elimination from the Champions League, there have been many speculations about an eventual Neymar Jr’s future away from Paris. Insistent rumors, in fact, claims that the Brazilian champions have already regretted his choice to join PSG and is willing to find himself a new club. According to the well informed, his first pick would be Real Madrid and as Spanish media say today, there may be something more than just the privilege to play for one of the most famous football clubs in the world behind this decision.

According to reports from Sports and AS, in fact, there could be a third intermediary interested in the (eventual) deal of the century: Nike. The American colossus has already a deal with both Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo, that is still a money and marketing machine and that plays for Real Madrid. But there’s more because in the last months there have been several rumors about a dissatisfaction in the Merengue management towards adidas, that has been being the technical sponsor of the Madrid club for years. We already saw some possible solutions - like an Under Armour deal - but Nike seems well-intentioned to take advantage of the situation to close what could be a massive deal: CR7 and Neymar both at Real Madrid, both with a Swoosh-branded shirt.

Right now, we’re just talking about rumors and speculations, but we have to admit that the possible scenario looks very interesting, at least for the curiosity to see Real Madrid working with Nike, after all those years with the Three Stripes. For possible news, we may have not to wait so long, as it looks like both Neymar and Nike want to close the deal before the start of the World Cup. Could it be actually possible?
