adidas unveiled the Harden Vol.2

If there’s an NBA player that is “on fire” right now, that must be “the Beard” James Harden, that after writing history by scoring the first ever triple-double with at least 60 points scored, is getting ready to wear the latest version of his Three Stripes’ signature shoe. adidas Basketball, in fact, has officially presented the new Harden Vol.2, the exclusive sneaker that will take Harden in these last months of regular season and then in the title chase.

For this new shoe, adidas has used a FORGEFIBER structure, a process that uses a TPU-coated yarn to provide the upper’s construction with strength in motion while removing unnecessary materials. The BOOST cushioning will help the Beard with his fastest and unpredictable moves, while the new lacing system structure will allow him to customize the lacing according to his preferences. The adidas Harden Vol.2 will drop in three colorways: “California Dreamin”, “Ignite” e “Vision”.

The first, of course, is an homage to the city of Los Angeles, with a color palette that recalls the shades of the LA sunsets, while a camo pattern with palm trees embellishes the upper. The “Ignite” version refers to Harden’s ability to switch on the Houston Rockets’ offense, both with his scoring ability and his assists. This colorway has various shades of Bourgogne, with white BOOST sole and blue detailing. Finally, the “Vision” colorway, that acknowledges the importance of Audubon Middle School in the development of Harden’s game. The traditional colors of the school are mixed with various tones of green.

The adidas Harden Vol.2 will be sold for $140. All the three versions, “California Dreamin”, “Ignite” e “Vision”, will be available globally from February 16.
