adidas unveiled the COPA 18+ TR Premium

Nowadays it’s not a news how adidas has been trying to close the gap between the stadium, the pitch and the street for the past months. All the recent models by the Three Stripes had their own Street and Cage versions and in some cases - like this one - a proper sneaker based on the on-pitch model. In fact, adidas unveiled the COPA 18+ TR Premium limited collection, lifestyle edition of the iconic football boot model.

As we said, it’s not the first time that the company from Herzogenaurach tries to bring the iconic on-pitch style in the daily life, but this one could really be their most well-made work. Maybe that’s because of COPA’s natural elegant design, but this Premium version seems born for a Saturday afternoon walk. The two “Navy Blue” and “Grey” colorways are the most classic you can think of and they both feature a premium suede upper, with Primeknit collar that wraps the foot. Of course, there’s the Boost midsole, while the laces and the stitchings on the forefoot are the most evident differences with the on-pitch boot.
