PUMA presents the Antoine Griezmann FUTURE 18.1

If we have to name a footballer that in the last years got to climb the stairway that brings to football Olympus step by step starting from the bottom, we’d surely say Antoine Griezmann. The Petit Diable, differently from other colleagues of his, has been told to be too small, unfit for playing at the highest levels, but today has proven the world wrong, becoming one of the most lethal and feared strikers in Europe. Today, Griezmann and PUMA present the Antoine Griezmann FUTURE 18.1, Grizi’s signature shoe.

Antoine contributed in creating this football boots, alongside with PUMA designer, choosing graphics and colors himself and realizing a design that could represent his style of play, striking and devastating. At the center of Griezmann FUTURE’s graphic, there’s the camo, that appears on the upper as a reference to Màcon, his hometown in middle France. In the heel zone, there are the prints of all his nicknames: Grizou, Tonie, Toinou, Le Petit Diable, El Pricipito, and Grizi, his most famous and favorite.

Griezmann’s predatory instinct is also reflected on the shoe, thanks to the wildcat eyes on the front part. The reflecting graphic of the FUTURE 18.1 has been applied to the Formstripe and CAT, making it perfectly visible from the cameras. Grizi also presents his signature logo, which aggressive shapes recall his nature on the pitch. Other that being on the boots, his new brand will also appear on a series of football-inspired streetwear clothing, comprehending a pair of trousers, a training sweatsuit, and a football jersey.
