Will Puma become the Manchester City kit supplier? The deal should worth 50 million-a-year and it seems about to be sign

Manchester City's existing kit deal with Nike comes to an end at the end of the season, and it seems like the Premier League leaders will be switching kit manufacturers. According to Jack Gaughan from the Daily Mail, the Blues are in line to switch to Puma as of next season, with the club closing in on a £50 million-a-year deal.

If the deal does indeed go through as expected, it will be the largest commercial deal in the club's history - and will see City close the gap on the likes of Manchester United (75£ million with adidas) and Chelsea (60£ with Nike) when it comes to lucrative kit deals. After a massive loss of national teams attending the World Cup, Manchester City would be a third high-profile addition for Puma in the 2018-19 season after the German brand already added AC Milan and Olympique Marseille to its portfolio.
