Brescia Football Club's new logo New life new vibe

Brescia is going through a total makeover edition: yesterday the Rondinelle presented their new logo and societal name. This summer the football team was bought by Massimo Cellino (former owner of Cagliari and Leeds United), rescuing it from the bankruptcy. Because of the financial situation, the club was forced to renounce to their historic logo and name: during the start of this season, Brescia was playing with a temporary logo, a silhouette of a Lioness symbol of the city.

Cellino instead of rebuy the old crest decided to make a new one, estimating the old logo "too static". The new logo is very different from the classic one: it is a stylized head of Lioness and it looks like a logo from the college American football, rather than a Lombard football club. In the new logo, there is also the acronym of the new societal name BSFC stands for Brescia Football Club. Even colors are a little bit different: blue is darker and gold is lighter, without the black details on the Lioness.
