Nike presents Manchester City new home kit
For the new season the kit of the Citizens will be inspired by the one of the 1968

It’s time also for the Manchester City to unveil the new kit for the 2017/18 season. Produced by Nike, the kit follow the biggest trend of the next season: the synthesis of tradition and future technology.
It was like this for any adidas releases, and for the Nike kit of Rome and PSG. In this case instead the kit pays homage to the years 2002 (the year of the FC Cup) and the 1968, when many legends played with the City: Mike Summerbee, Colin Bell and Franny Lee. Everything is linked with the new colors and technologies Nike introduced, especially with reference to the Nike Grip. The color of the shirt is still blue, a blue that remember the one of the ’68, with maroon inserts.
The next season will be essential for the future of the team, that is growing with young talents under the eyes of Pep Guardiola. Among them Sterling, de Bruyne and Sane. Special mention for the work of the Women Acadamy and the Elite Development Squad.
Every teams will wear the new kit starting from the next year.
