On this Tuesday the new Diesel Planet has inaugurated in San Babila Square in Milan, presented as revolutionized thanks to the collaboration between the Japanese architect Masamichi Katayama and creative director Nicola Formichetti. Diesel for the occasion organized an event for the official presentation of the new uniform of AC Milan, who will wear the Rossoneri for all off-field official events.

Outside the store it was immediately formed a large group of fans and curious to await the arrival of players-testimonial, all armed with smartphones to capture those precious seconds of closeness.

The dress presented by Diesel is a bomber made of satin and reversible, with red inserts on the sleeves and the presence of various patches that represent the flags of the cities in which the team won, founder Herbert Kilpin’s initials and some representative numbers, as the year of foundation or the "7" of the Champions League won. Announced by the speaker, to wearing the new uniform was attended by a representative group of players, consisting in Romagnoli, Bonaventura, Deulofeu, Suso, Montolivo, Poli, De Sciglio, Sosa, Ocampos and Storari.

In addition, to celebrate the styiling partnership between these two important Italian brand (which will last for the next three years) attended the event also the coach Vincenzo Montella and ad Adriano Galliani.

Diesel is the style partner of AC Milan since 2016, and in recent months has focused heavily on revolutionizing the dress code. For the official uniform presented at this season’s beginning it has introduced unusual garments compared to the classic image of the player off the field, like the jacket with the hood and the introduction of jeans instead of classic pants. To further confirm the innovative spirit promoted by Diesel, this was the first split off-field which does not require the presence of the shirt.

The paths of two iconic brands such as Diesel and A. C. Milan continue to go hand in hand in a path marked by the taste for modernity and innovation, coming from the idea of a more classic clothing to tack towards a more modern street style and less cast.
