The Jaipur Literature Festival, one of the most important literary festivals in the world, took place this year from 23 to 27 January, recording over 400,000 visitors and 500 interventions by international speakers and causing for the first time a real overcrowding of the traditional location of the Diggi Palace Hotel, the historic former medieval royal residence.
