The third edition of VIVA! Festival has just come to an end. Four days breathing electronic music inside the suggestive Masserias of Locorotondo.
The 15 thousand participants who attended the performances of 25 artists and the 8 talks are the proof of how VIVA! is one of the most interesting events on the Italian music scene, also thanks to its extraordinary location.

Among the protagonists of this edition, there were Erykah Badu who gave the audience an unexpected surprise, singing, accompanied by the band, some of her most famous songs, but also the producer Jon Hopkins, Gilles Peterson and Apparat, Berlin and member of the Moderat.

So many sophisticated sets that have combined urban scene sounds with more northern ones, blended with the Neapolitan funk of Napoli Segreta and the electronics of East Africa. We could not miss the great Italian musical tradition, before putting an end to the festival with the most scenographic closing proposed by the Unusual Viva! Breakfast, with a spectacular set at dawn with the A1 DJ.
