The long awaited moment has finally come. The Women's National Football Team yesterday made its debut at the France World Cup with a bang, with a victory against Australia. The Italian team overturned the odds, which saw Samantha Kerr's Australia as the favoured, considered one of the best teams of the tournament, with the two goals scored by Barbara Bonansea, one at the 95'.

At Deus Ex Machina in the Isola area, a heterogeneous community of football fans has come together to watch the first match of the National team: cool kids, supporters, sneakerheads, designers, men and women, all ready to cheer and to support Sara Gama's team.

The series of events dedicated to the Women's World Cup continues next June 14, with an exclusive workshop where it will be possible to customize football jerseys before watching once again all together the match of the women's national team. To take part in the workshop you need to register here, due to limited availability.
