adidas announces the new Ultraboost 19 sneaker

One of the most popular sneaker silhouettes from adidas Running is without a doubt the Ultra Boost. Thanks to innovative technology the sneaker stands out as the best running shoe ever in terms of design and technological innovation. adidas Running has continued to push the development of the shoe for the 2019 season, carrying out a great deal qualitative research interviewing runners across the globe, and runners made it clear that they wanted a simpler product with fewer pieces but with fairly high performance. The original adidas Ultraboost was deconstructed and reconstructed from 17 pieces to focus on four key components - Optimized BOOST, Torsion Spring, Primeknit 360 and 3D Heel Frame. Having reached the insight that creativity is what fuels transformation and that the requirements for running are forever evolving.

On December 13th nss magazine was present at an exclusive presentation event in Paris together with Suede store to see the new adidas Running Ultraboost 19 unveiled. Taking place at a large underground location in the center of Paris, the atmosphere had been dedicated to the color red with installations of screens and lights conveying the feeling of the long experimental process that had preceded the new Ultra boosts development. Paneled talks and live demonstrations gave further insights into both the shoes design, the science behind, and practical implementation of the shoes technological advancements.

nss magazine can announce that we together with Suede Store have an exclusive Ultraboost 19 project of special editions in the works which were previewed during the Paris event. The collaboration will continue with limited edition colorways starting to drop from January of the new year.
