AMI Backstage Collection SS19

A few days ago Alexandre Mattiussi had posted on the Instagram profile of his laberl, AMI, a video in which long stalks of wheat waved candidly driven by the violence of a strong wind. This black and white clip was just one of the clues to what would be his next fashion show.

The AMI's SS19 collection was a tribute to nature. The location evokes a sunset in countryside where the golden light caressed the catwalk and the models, with a decisive step, came on stage wrapped in warm, almost autumnal shades, wearing items with an over design, asymmetrical shapes, wide-brimmed hats and dark sandals.

Modern Parisian Amish have conquered the scene.
