On February 26, 2012, about seven o'clock in the evening, Trayvon Martin, a seventeen-year-old black man, had left a shop and was walking along a street in Sanford, Florida.

Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story, aired on July 30th by Paramount Network, will be based on a Trayvon parents' book entitled Rest in Power: The Enduring Life by Trayvon Martin and will feature interviews with the family, videos private and photos.
